Those objects are identical, and recolors work for all. The difference is that when objects are made for an expansion pack, it means new features have been added to this object. Example, a sofa for Pets can be used by pets to sleep on. A fridge for Open for Business can make meals that will be sold in your sims shops or restaurants. Only use the expansion version if you have it installed, otherwise it will crash your game. Friends donators, when you download the whole set, you download all the versions of an object: simply delete the ones you don't need. All the objects for an expansion have an extension in their filename saying what expansion they need. Effacez simplement celles dont vous n'avez pas besoin (une extension précise toujours si une expansion est nécessaire ou non).
